I have just watched my first bad movie. I've seen good movies before, I've seen great movies before, I've seen decent movies before, and I've seen one truly terrible movie before, but I've never actually seen a merely bad movie until today.

Man, I want my two bucks back.

Well, there's some nice time-lapse photography of boats running up and down a river in the middle of the city, so I can't call it a total waste. But yes, the plot is too threadbare to take seriously and the performance too tired to take humorously.
