No tea sleepy
Day ... four, apparently, of not drinking tea to see if we're allergic.
The lack of caffeine definitely makes a difference - we are much sleepier for 10 p.m. than we were weeks prior - and we're maybe noticing a difference in terms of how our mouth feels.
In this case, a positive effect is both good and bad: good if it means we're better off, bad if it means we can't drink delicious tea.
We have two kinds of tea: cardamom and gunpowder green. I think the next two weeks will be sticking to one type then the other and seeing how that plays out.
