...nope, still gotta say "massive stroke". Not a great question.

A massive stroke could be release. All coins have two sides. Nothing is really impossible, just highly improbable.

Sure, in general that could be the case. However, barring some sort of Rogue-Moon teleportation-cloning technology, I can't see that my current situation is worse than any in which I have a stroke. I may be unhappy, but it's certainly not that bad.
