Writer's Block: Makeover! Or: Creepy Crawlies

Wow, the Writer's Block system is really busted, isn't it? Anyway, I'm taking Question A, the Makeover.

I would shave my head. I would tattoo my bald head - something abstract but powerful, probably reaching down to incorporate one eye and curl off onto the cheek. I would wear an intricate diaphanous jacket over a sleeveless robe tied with a rope belt, and walk on bare feet.

And I'd probably regret it within hours. But that's what I'd do if I went crazy.

It sounds like a plan! Intricate but powerful... hmm, something fractal perhaps, or a Lorenz attractor? (Lorenz died recently).

It could be something like that - the trouble, though, is that they might not render well in tattoo ink, or with the vagaries of the skin. I think it might be better to do something like a William Morris piece, iconographic and sculptural.

Odd and stunning ... yes, I think that's what I'd aim for. :) It wouldn't have to be tiling like wallpaper or textiles, of course.
