Radio 4 (in the UK) did a similar competition where you had to write a saga in less than 50 words, about 20 years ago. If I take their winning entry, I can get it down to 8 words, but not 6.

I love Hemingway's Baby shoes story... it contains so much emotion in so few words.
Yours isn't bad either, it has a couple of different interpretations at least... nice. Poor Jeff, though. [smiles]
