I love Hemingway's Baby shoes story... it contains so much emotion in so few words.
Yours isn't bad either, it has a couple of different interpretations at least... nice. Poor Jeff, though. [smiles]

"Baby shoes" really is magnificent. I don't think there are many short works that can compare.
